Bliss Yoga Teacher Training Course 200 hours
Bliss Yoga Teacher Training 200 Hour Basic Certification course is given every year from January-October, and is an in-depth study of yoga and meditation as tools for Self-transformation and Self-realization, and how these tools may be applied in our daily lives. The basic certification includes the study of asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, shatkarmas, deep guided relaxation and meditation as taught by the Satyananda lineage, and under the direct guidance of Yoga Master H.H. Sri Swami Brahmavidyananda Saraswati. Participants are taught how to interweave these practices into each yoga class so as to give students a glimpse of that inner peace and union that is the ultimate state of Yoga. In addition to the Basic 200 hour yoga teacher certification, Bliss Yoga also offers certifications in Yoga for Children, Prenatal Yoga, and Yoga Therapy.
Upon satisfactory completion of the course, participants will be able to register with the International Yoga Federation (IYF) as Registered Yoga Teachers. The IYF is the world-wide governing body of yoga, and oversees a yoga community of more than 300,000,000 members worldwide. For further enquiries please contact Karen at 1-868-768-1251.
