What is Meditation
Meditation is a state of intensely focused and deepened awareness where the mind is calm and relaxed and the body is still. Meditation techniques may be practiced as a means of unfolding one’s spiritual potential, or simply as a means for tapping into and maximizing our own human potential. Bliss Yoga conducts meditation classes for those who wish to explore and cultivate their true potentials, and includes the practices of Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Gyana Yoga, and Karma Yoga. Deep guided relaxation and pranayama (breathing) exercises are also included in each class.
